These terms govern use of ChatDock, a live-chat platform for websites. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
ChatDock provides an embeddable chat widget, an agent dashboard, and related tools. We may improve or change features over time.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Disclose your use of live chat, including typing previews and visitor analytics, in your own privacy policy as required by the laws that apply to you.
- Do not use ChatDock for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or to collect data from children in violation of applicable law.
Data
You own your chat data. We process visitor data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after notice where practical.
